Caring for your block:

• Do not make direct contact with the salt block for a while after cooking as it takes a few hours to completely cool down. Typically, it retains heat for 20-30 minutes post-cooking.
• As the plate is made from pure salt, it will dissolve if it gets too damp or submerged in water.
• To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft cloth between uses.  
• Salt is naturally antibacterial so do not use any detergents
• Never put in the dishwasher!
